DR. MARTENS AND MM6 MAISON MARGIELA LAUNCH A/W 24 CAPSULE COLLECTION

On November 12, the iconic British footwear and accessories brand Dr. Martens announced its first collaboration with the avant-garde contemporary brand MM6 Maison Margiela, unveiling an exclusive capsule collection. Set to launch online on November 19, the collection showcases three unique designs: THE 1460 / 1461 BOOT, THE 1490 / 1461 BOOT and THE 1461 / PENTON SHOE.
Each piece in this new range reinterprets and deconstructs four core Dr. Martens silhouettes, blending elements from two distinct styles into each design. The fusion of essentials is complemented by MM6´s signature numeric logo, the classic Dr. Martens DMS sole, and the brands iconic yellow welt stitching, seamlessly merging the creative ethos of both brands.

 

ALPHA INDUSTRIES AND 032C LAUNCH NIGHTHAWKS CAPSULE COLLECTION

On November 9, Alpha Industries and 032c unveil their new partnership with the release of two MA-1 bomber jackets as part of 032c´s Fall/Winter 2024 NIGHTHAWKS collection.
Drawing on Alpha´s iconic MA-1 bomber silhouette and blending it with 032c´s NIGHTHAWKS aesthetic, the collaboration produces two unique styles: a black cropped MA-1 and a classic MA-1 in rep. blue.

A short film accompanying the capsule collection introduces two protagonists who journey through diverse natural landscapes, converging in an urban setting under the evocative glow of red lights. This moment of charged tension pays homage to Edward Hopper´s Nighthawks, reinterpreting the mood and essence of his artwork into the NIGHTHAWKS collection.

THE ORDINARY LAUNCHES 100% FERMENTED ROSE HIP SEED OIL

On November 19, the internationally recognized skincare brand The Ordinary is launching a new addition to its oil category: the 100% Fermented Rose Hip Seed Oil. Designed to soothe the skin, enhance its texture and radiance, and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, this new oil is crafted using advanced fermentation technology. This technology, increasingly popular in both nutrition and skincare worldwide, brings out the natural benefits of the ingredients and aims to improve skin health, with particular focus on visible signs of sensitive and aging.

ASICS AND DOUBLET LAUNCH COLLABORATION 

ASICS and Japanese label Doublet have unveiled their latest collaboration, presenting a unique version of the GEL-Kayano 20. Crafted from Tyvek, the sneaker is designed to evoke the appearance of aging cardboard boxes. Doublet´s Creative Director, Masayuki Ino, known for his reinterpretation of everyday elements, adds a fresh dimension to ASICS´s range of innovative partnerships with his distinctive concepts and visions.

ACNE STUDIOS UNVEILS CHARLI XCX AS THEIR NEW BRAND AMBASSADOR

Acne Studios has revealed artist Charli XCX as the new face of the brand in their latest campaign. Featuring an array of iconic pieces, the campaign highlights the new season’s Multipocket and Bowlina bags, as well as denim styles from the upcoming SS25 collection. Captured in a series of intimate portraits by American artist Talia Chetrit, the campaign blends artistry and personality.
Known for celebrating bold, boundary-pushing individuals, Acne Studios spotlights Charli XCX in a domestic setting, emphasizing her dynamic and exploratory nature through intimate photography.
